Still no reply from Fine Offset Electronics at at March 10, 2013, very bad customer service for a known fault in the WS/WH3081. I have asked them to send me a replacement solar panel/UV/Lux module but they won't even give me the courtesy of a reply to my email or these posts - not good!!!!
