I reported the frequent (almost daily) loss of connection to Wunderground to the help centre at Fine Offset (sales@foshk.com)...they responded quickly and sent me updated firmware (having first sent a photo of the stations 'About' screen).
After a week, no dropouts to report.
I do notice my UV sensor appears to have failed
